COM Requirements

FIRST STEPS
Before We Accept Your Order:
1)	First you need to email us information on the fabric, (take a picture of the back of the fabric where the fabric label will provide more detail on the fabric).
2)	Meanwhile, you mail our factory a sample of the fabric.  The sample can be small, (2”x2” minimum).  Mail this to:

Note that if a sample cannot be obtained, your other option is you can send us pictures of the front of front of the fabric.  We can try to approve a fabric based off of the image, but there is a risk in this.  It’s possible that we give you the green light based off of the image, you purchase the fabric, have that mailed back to our factory, and upon receiving actual fabric in hand we may determine that the fabric is not usable.
3)	You need to specify what item codes and qty you want to order with that COM material.

After Above Steps are Complete:
4)	We would confirm if your COM fabric is acceptable. We would confirm yardage you need to order.
5)	You then proceed with ordering the fabric.  
6)	You need to sign our COM Waiver.
7)	You can coordinate to have the fabric mailed directly back to our factory in Beijing, or you can mail to our USA office where we can beef up your packaging and ensure you have the correct labeling.  If you mail to us first, we would pass the USA-Beijing mailing charges back to you.  If you mail directly back to our factory, we will charge you for any applicable taxes/duty our factory incurs on the receiving of your fabric.
8)	After our factory receives your COM fabric, we start production on it.  The custom order lead time of 10-12 weeks starts ticking now.


COM PRICES - For COM orders this is what we will charge you:
a. D Grade fabric for the item
b. You will need to pay to ship the fabric to our Seattle Warehouse
c. You will also need to pay additional shipping cost for us to ship the fabric back to our factory. To give 
you an idea, shipping cost is about $400 to $500 per sofa set.  Actual charges will be reflected.  You can run a 
UPS/DHL quote yourself to Beijing, China.
d. Note that you will also be liable for all applicable import duty charges for the fabric shipping into China.

YARDAGE INFO
-Remember to confirm yardage needed for COM with sales@camerichusa.com before you place the order for the fabric. 
(Email sales@camerichusa.com item codes, qty, photo of the fabric/leather, plus total amount of yardage you will 
be ordering).
-COM yardage sheet provided is under the assumption the fabric has absolutely no patterns, stripes, etc.
-Minimum width requirement for the fabric is 1.45M (again assuming no pattern or stripes)

COM LEAD TIME
All COM Orders are considered Custom Orders (12 to 14 weeks lead time), the clock starts ticking when our factory 
receives the fabric/leather

FINAL NOTE
-Remember that with COM orders there is always a risk factor you are taking.  We make no guarantees the fit 
and final product will be to your satisfaction.  Not all fabrics/leathers are suitable for all of our sofas.  
We will do our best but since every COM order is a first and unique order for us, unfortunately there will be 
no refund/exchange/reimbursement/remaking of any sort if you are not completely satisfied.
-You will be required to sign off on a COM Waiver for all COM orders.
-We can COM for any sofas that is at least 40" wide, at qty of 1.  And if dining/lounge chairs minimum qty of 2.
-If we COM it needs to be no more than one kind of fabric.(For example we received request where the customer 
wants one kind of fabric on the back of the sofa, another fabric on the arms, etc, and we cannot do that).
